The Women Deliver conference (www.womendeliver.org), which ran June 7-9 2010, was a global meeting on maternal and reproductive health and the advancement of women and girls. With nearly 3500 attendees, massive media coverage, and pledges of new support from individuals and advocacy groups from around the world, the conference was a huge success.
